Turn Play & Calling

Calling Out of Turn

Calling a discard lets you jump ahead of players whose turn hasn't come yet — play simply resumes from the caller's seat afterward.

This is what makes calling powerful: it can skip one or more players entirely. Those skipped players simply wait for the rotation to come back around to them.

Example

If West discards and North calls it, play jumps straight to North's turn — East and South are skipped for that discard.
