Turn Play & Calling

Discarding a Tile

After drawing, a player discards one tile face-up where everyone can see it, ending their turn.

Discards are placed in the middle of the table and stay visible for the rest of the hand — they're a major source of information about what opponents might be collecting or avoiding.

Example

Watching which suits an opponent hasn't discarded can hint at what they're building toward.
