Rotating the Dealer
After a hand ends in a win, the East position moves to the next player so everyone takes a turn dealing over a session.
Rotation keeps deal duties — and the small edge that comes with them — fair across a full session of play. Most groups track the rotation on a Wind chart so no one loses track of whose turn it is.
Example
If South wins a hand, East typically passes to the player who was South, and the table's Wind positions rotate accordingly for the next deal.
