Dead Hand
Illegal Exposures
Exposing a set that doesn't match any hand on the current card — or that breaks a hand's specific exposure rules — can make a hand dead.
Because every exposure is permanent, an illegal one can't simply be corrected; it may cost the player their chance to win that round.
Example
Calling a Pung for a hand category that requires that exact set to stay concealed can disqualify the hand from that pattern immediately.
